Room Rates Conditions

• Prices quoted in EURO, including: VAT
• Additional City Tax of 2 EUR per person per night will have to be paid
  upon arrival.

Arrival

• Early arrival only on request, upon availability. We will do our best to prepare your apartment, if you inform us of your arrival before the check-in time.

Departure

• If late check-out is required, please request it upon the check-in, and we will confirm availability of this service for you.

Parking

• Prior reservation is required.
• From € 17 - € 25 / night
• Parking is set in location nearby, and is fully secured.

Pets

• We do not allow any pets at our property.

Smoking Policy

• We do not allow smoking inside the apartment or building throughout the stay. Penalty is 200 EUR. Smoking is possible outside. Smoking is allowed on the balcony or terrace.

Reservation

• Once you complete the booking, you will receive an automated confirmation email from us.

Reservation conditions

• All reservations made on this website are not refundable.

Cancellation policy

• Non-refundable rate does not allow any cancellation or change of dates.

Child policy

• All children are welcome.
• Baby crib and high chair could be provided for free.
